How is the order limit calculated?
By order date, regardless of when you download it, and across all connected stores combined.
What if I exceed the monthly order limit?
You can upgrade your plan by paying the difference to raise the limit for the rest of the month. Unused orders do not carry forward.
Does it work with AutoCount Accounting V2?
Yes. It integrates with AutoCount Accounting V2 as well as Cloud Accounting.
Can it handle variants and multiple warehouses?
Product variants (size, colour, model) are included in every plan. The standard plans are set up for a single warehouse and exclude the purchase module, inventory control and sales module. Multi-warehouse stock transfers need the wider OneSales setup, so ask us which fits.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A free trial of up to three months with unlimited order downloads is available, subject to terms and conditions.
What support is included?
Ticket and live-chat support are included. Phone support is chargeable.
Is there a minimum subscription period?
First-time subscribers have a minimum term on both monthly and yearly plans. Ask us for the current terms.
