Yes. Sage UBS is now Access UBS, with the same trusted accounting and billing software redesigned for simplicity. Existing Sage UBS users can upgrade to the latest version.
Is Access UBS ready for LHDN e-Invoice and SST?
Yes. The Access UBS version is approved accounting software for Malaysia Customs, with SST reports built in (such as SST-02 and SST-02A) and e-Invoice support in line with LHDN requirements.
Can I still use UBS if I do not renew Access Cover?
Yes. You can continue to use the UBS accounting and inventory system even if you decide not to renew Access Cover.
Can I start using UBS midway through my financial year?
Yes. There is no need to wait for a new financial year. We can migrate your master files such as balances and customer and supplier listings, so you can start in any month.
I have an older version of UBS. Can I upgrade and keep my transactions?
Yes. Rockbell will upgrade the transactions from your UBS database to the latest version, so you have fully working software straight after the upgrade.
