Talk to usIs there a licence or renewal fee?
Million Payroll is a lifetime licence, so there is no need to renew it. Maintenance is optional and has a separate fee if you need it.
What company size is it suited for?
Million Payroll has different modules for companies with up to 30 employees, up to 60 employees and more than 60 employees.
What does it cost to set up payroll for another company?
Million Payroll supports multiple companies at no additional cost.
What licence types are available?
Each version comes as Easy Payroll or the full Payroll edition, and you can choose a coding licence or a USB dongle licence. Ask us which suits your setup.
Can I try it before buying?

Is it cloud-based?
No. Million Payroll is on-premise by design. Payslips and salary data are sensitive, so they stay on your own computer rather than in a portal other employees can reach. The HR modules around it (leave, claim, appraisal, time attendance) are cloud-based.
What happens when government rules change?
Million Payroll is upgraded to stay compliant. Rockbell informs users of each new version and provides the patch file for the upgrade.
Can it use my existing time attendance system?
Yes. You can import Attendance Summary data via Excel, which reduces manual errors in payroll calculation.
Can it link to accounting and the HR modules?
Yes. It links to Million Accounting, and leave, claim, appraisal and attendance data sync into the pay run so nothing is keyed twice.
